python-gammu 0.24
Continuing in Christmas release series, the next in a row is python-gammu. It only brings usual bunch of upgrades to be in sync with Gammu and improved MinGW support:
- Compatibility with current gammu.
- Improved MinGW crosscompilation instructions.
